i had an interview at tip top tees on tuesday and during the interview they asked for me to do a tshirt design of a pretend basketball tournament, one corporate and the other wild and fun... this is what i came up with

Typically alot of creative freedom with Jim.
Great job man. I printed my first shirt with Jim at Tip Tops. He'd be a fool not to hire you and you can tell him I said that. Word!
